Non Discrimination
The parties agree that there shall be no discrimination with respect to any bargaining unit member by reason of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital or domestic partner status, political affiliationmembership in the Union or any other status protected by law or by reason of the exercise of any rights conferred by this Agreement or the law by either the University or the Union.

2.8 Equal Employment Opportunities. 4.13 No Discrimination Clause

policies and practices of the Board of Education and the Oswego County BOCES Supportive
Employees' Association, there shall be no discrimination against any unit member on the basis of
