The Member Benefits Trust Board of Trustees recently voted to endorse Euclid/Hudson as the new carrier for Fiduciary Liability Insurance for Benefit Funds.
The policy offers several enhancements from the prior coverage such as an increased aggregate benefit of $3 million, enhanced HIPAA coverage and PPACA penalty coverage. The plan year runs from September 1 – August 31.
