Calling all Capital District NYSUT local members! Please join NYSUT President Melinda Person for a special program this fall entitled RISE: the Kripalu Approach to Resilience. RISE is designed for education professionals to support their own wellness. We are excited to be bringing RISE to a small group of NYSUT members this fall through a series of after-school workshops. Register today, this opportunity is limited to a small group of only 25 participants.
Please save the dates below and plan to join this special group starting October 9th. The sessions will be held at NYSUT Headquarters, 800 Troy-Schenectady Rd., Latham, NY, on the following dates:

- Wednesday, October 16, 4:00 - 5:15 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 23, 4:00 - 5:15 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 30, 4:00 - 5:15 p.m.
- Monday, November 4, 4:00 - 5:15 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 13, 4:00 - 5:15 p.m.
Sessions are led by NYSUT President Melinda Person.
This opportunity is open to all Capital Area NYSUT members. Participants are eligible to earn up to 6 hours of CTLE credits for this course.
Please do not register if you are unable to attend at least 5 out of the 6 sessions.
