It's an honor

Shelly Chizzonite, East Syracuse Minoa United Teachers, and Joan Brown, Syracuse Teachers Association, were recognized by the Greater Syracuse Labor Council, AFL-CIO. Chizzonite, a school counselor and political action coordinator, received the Activist of the Year award. Brown, an STA vice president, received the Charley Bugnacki Community Service Award.
