Stand with New Era factory workers. Join the rally Saturday 1/26 in Buffalo.

New Era Hats Off!

We've seen this story too many times.

Once again, greedy corporations are putting profits over people — eliminating union jobs in favor of cheaper, non-union labor.

In March, the New Era hat company — a pillar of the Buffalo business community — plans to close its production facility in Derby, NY. If this closure moves forward, nearly 200 union jobs will move from Western New York to exploited, underpaid non-union workers in the deep south. This will have a devastating impact both for the workers and their families, as well as the entire community.

We can fight this.

As union members—teachers, public employees, trades and uniforms — all we need to do is stand up and fight to protect union workplaces from threats based on nothing but greed and disrespect for skills, experience and quality work.

Join the pro-union rally at New Era stadium this Saturday and show New Era they can't put profits before people.
