First bill for new Catastrophe Major Medical (CMM) Plan enrollees

If you enrolled in the NYSUT Member Benefits Catastrophe Major Medical (CMM) Insurance Trust-sponsored CMM Plan during the limited-time spring 2017 open enrollment period, you should be receiving your first bill from the Plan's Administrator, Mercer Consumer, this month. Bills must be paid by December 31, 2017 in order to have coverage go into effect for January 1, 2018. If you have any questions, please contact Mercer Consumer toll-free at 888-386-9788.
