NYSUT asks members who administered the 3-8 state tests in math and English language arts (ELA) to take these surveys and weigh in with their assessment of the revised exams.
"This feedback from the field is more essential than ever as we fight inappropriate use of tests that even the chancellor and commissioner of education have acknowledged have been far from perfect," said NYSUT Vice President Maria Neira.
The NYSUT survey results will be used to provide information from the field to policymakers and to parents.
