| Memo from SED on grades 3-8 testing program in ELA and Math July 2005 The State Education Department has sent a memo to districts across the state regarding the 2005-06 Grades 3-8 testing program in ELA and Math. The memo provides a schedule of dates for test administration, make up and scoring; information on scoring models and training for scoring; and information about the Guide to the 3-8 Testing Program that will be made available in September 05 and that will include sample tests.
