The project decorates comfort bears that
are donated to area cancer treatment
centers for patients undergoing therapy.

The AFT is looking for retiree
volunteers (preferably teacher
retirees) to go to Wisconsin in
an effort to oust Governor Walker
in the recall election.

The assignment is for
2 weeks-no pay,
but all expenses paid.

The first two weeks are
from May 9-23 (already started-Ed)
and the 2nd two weeks are
from May 23-June 6.
The May 23-June 6 includes
the Memorial Day weekend
and activists on the
campaign will be working.
