Local and retiree council presidents may submit nominations for the Constituency Awards and the Community Service Awards. Forms are available for download below. All nominations are due to be received in the Office of the President, NYSUT, 800 Troy-Schenectady Road, Latham, NY, 12110, postmarked by December 19, 2003.

DOWNLOAD PDF file is 390K	Nomination forms enclosed include: Health Care Professionals Employee of the Year Higher Education Member of the Year Retiree of the Year School-Related Professionals Employee of the Year In addition to the above, NYSUT will also recognize the New York State Teacher of the Year, Lynn Gatto, of the Rochester Teachers Association. An additional award introduced at the 2002 RA is the "Not For Ourselves Alone" Outstanding Leadership Award. This award was designed to recognize and celebrate the contributions of NYSUT's largest constituency group - women - to NYSUT and the labor-union movement.
