The RISE by Kripalu program is a transformative professional development opportunity designed to enhance clarity, resilience, situational awareness, decision-making, and work/life balance through mindfulness techniques. This evidence-based program is grounded in the science of mindfulness, resilience, yoga, and positive psychology.
RISE is not a yoga class, and there are no barriers to entry. It provides tools and strategies that can be used anytime, anywhere, in both personal and professional settings. Participants will gain practical techniques to share with students, colleagues, and families.
Program Highlights:
- 6 live, in-person sessions
- Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes
- Earn up to 6 hours of CTLE credit (1 CTLE hour per completed session)

- This training is sponsored by the Capital District Regional Office at no cost to members.
- Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
