    Your donations are used to support worthy initiatives across the state, including Retiree Services Program enhancements and grants to Retiree Councils.

  • Make a Contribution

    When donating, please provide the name of the member you wish to honor and indicate why you want to honor them.

  1. In accordance with Section 6113 of the Internal Revenue Code, contributions to the NYSUT legacy Fund are not deductible for Federal (or New York State ) income tax purposes as charitable contributions.
  2. The NYSUT Legacy Fund is not a “Charitable Organization” as defined under New York Exec. Law Article 7-A.
  3. Contributions to the NYSUT Legacy Fund will not be used for political or legislative purposes.
