To orient, guide, and support new members of the organization.
To bargain collectively with the Fayetteville-Manlius Central School District in order to ensure economic security, fair and just working conditions, and improvement of instruction.
To provide means for responsible participation of Fayetteville-Manlius Teachers' Association in formulation of District Policy.
To maintain relationships with NYSUT, AFT, and other professional organizations.
To oppose all forms of discrimination.
To work to make our schools good places for teachers to teach and for students to learn.
